How it works

From signup to pickup, step by step.

Sign up online, ship to your personal address, and we handle the rest until you arrive to pick up. Here's the flow.

Step 01

Use your unique shipping address.

Put your unique address as your shipping information:

Your shipping address We'll email this to you once you sign up.
Your welcome email contains your personal shipping address with a unique box code tied to your account — plus the Amazon delivery settings to apply if you order from Amazon often.

*** Please make sure to add YOU GOT MAIL & CODE to the shipping address. ***

Please don't ship anything to our store before signing up. Packages mailed to our address without a current registered box code will be returned to sender.

Step 02

We scan, store, and notify you.

Once we receive your package(s), we will scan and take a photo of each individual package delivered.

We will then automatically send you a confirmation email and text message that we have safely secured your order and it is ready for pick up. You are welcome to retrieve your package(s) anytime after that during our business hours.

Step 03

Picking up your package.

What is needed from you to retrieve your package?

You just have to show us your confirmation email with your unique QR code. Multiple packages can be on one QR code.
